The Puerto Lumbreras Club-Mobel Sport-CA Nogalte, in collaboration with the Department of Sports of the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras and the Federation of Athletics of the Region of Murcia, organized the III Nogalte Trail Extreme in the natural area of ​​Cabezo de la Rockrose.
The sporting event has had the exit and finish in the Youth Hostel of the Cabezo de la Jara and has counted on more than 300 participants between the modalities of hiking, short trail and long trail.
Specifically, there have been two different distances of competition, one of 24km with departure at 09:00 with an accumulated difference of 1,841m and another of 13km with departure at 09:30 h with accumulated unevenness of 778m.
At the same time, a non-competitive 13km hiker route was carried out with departure at 09:30 hours, whose purpose was to enjoy the landscape of this privileged natural environment lumbrerense.
As for the classification, it is important to note that in the long trail over a distance of 24km, the overall victory of the men's general has been for Jose Manuel Vico and Juan Miguel Cuenca, who have come together to finish and in the women's general the winner has Been Lourdes Heredia.
Also, in the short trail test, over a distance of 13km, the victory has been for Younes Elgamry.
In women, the absolute triumph has been for runner Emily Lansdale.
Finally, it should be noted that this is a mountain event framed within the calendar of the Region of Murcia of the Athletics Federation, being the 8th test of the 16 that make up the league "Running Mountain".
