Eight students of Basic Professional Training in Administrative Services are doing internships in the different municipal offices of the City Hall of Puerto Lumbreras.
Specifically, these students of the Rambla de Nogalte Institute are carrying out administrative work in the Women's Center, Municipal Library, Entrepreneurs Center, Municipal Sports Center, Social Services and Municipal Offices of La Estación-Esparragal.
Among its functions are citizen assistance tasks, information and documentation archiving in digital and conventional support, as well as reprography work and basic document binding.
The Councilor for Education, Sonia López, underlined that "the implementation of the practices helps students to know how the reality of the labor market is and increase their professional experience. With this initiative the students put into practice the theoretical knowledge learned in the Institute".
Finally, it should be noted that young people will continue to practice unpaid work until June 15 for a total of 240 hours.
The students have a tutor in this training period to follow the training and coordination between the City and the Institute.
