Puerto Lumbreras hosted last night the IV Dance Festival of the ballet Mª Teresa Lazareno with the participation of more than one hundred dancers of the locality.
The show took place in the courtyard of the Cultural Center and began with the musical of the Little Mermaid of Disney.
During the first part, the dancers made ten choreographies of classic style.
Later, flamenco was the protagonist of the second part of the show.
The boys and girls of the dance school performed nine dances to the rhythm of the guitar.
More than 400 people enjoyed this activity that is part of the summer program Nogalte Cultural 2017, designed by the Department of Culture and Tourism of the City of Puerto Lumbreras, in collaboration with local associations.
The Nogalte Cultural program continues tonight at 10 pm with an International Folklore Festival, which will include groups from India, Morocco, Macedonia, Bolivia and Spain.
Finally, the Councilor for Culture and Tourism, Mª Victoria Jerez, stressed that "lumbrerenses who spend the summer in the municipality, and anyone who comes to visit during the summer months, will find a wide range of leisure and entertainment Adapted to all tastes with music, cinema, animation, travel and sports.
