The municipality of Puerto Lumbreras hosted last night a Recital of Poetry in which various lumbrerenses poets participated.
The initiative, which is part of the summer program 'Nogalte Cultural', was a tribute to Buenaventura Romera, teacher and famous lumbrerense poet.
The event, organized by the cultural association Llamaradas, in collaboration with the Department of Culture, took place in the courtyard of the house of Buenaventura Romera.
More than a hundred fans of poetry attended this event, coinciding with the 110th anniversary of the birth of the poet.
In this sense, in the Recital participated lumbrerenses poets like Ana Martínez, Marcos García Tunis, Mª del Mar Hellín, Maria Urrea, Marcos Salvador Romera and Carmen Martínez.
The meeting has already become one of the cultural traditions of the summer in the municipality of Puerto Lumbreras, where more people join every year.
