Fans, athletes, young people, elderly and families in full have participated one more year in the initiative 'En forma pedaleando', which sets in motion the Department of Physical Activity and Sports on the occasion of the Patron Saint's Festivities.
Thus, more than 400 participants gathered late yesterday in this cyclopaseo in which an urban route of more than 5 kilometers is made by the main streets of the town by bicycle.
In addition to physical activity, the day included various sweepstakes and gifts.
Participating in the day were associations and local companies, as well as members of the Government team.
The Councilor for Physical Activity and Sports, Juan Rubén Burrueco, explained that "it is an activity that has already become a tradition with more than 50 years of history. Hundreds of families come together at this sporting event to enjoy an afternoon of leisure in a healthy and entertaining way ".
Lastly, it should be noted that a health care service was provided during the trip, consisting of a nurse and a health technician.
