The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras is organizing an open day in the new Nursery of Cultural and Creative Enterprises with the aim that entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs and all those who wish to know, first hand, the facilities.
In this activity that will take place on October 31 and November 2, there will be a Conference on Motivation for Self-employment, addressed to students of Vocational Training and Baccalaureate of IES Rambla de Nogalte.
This initiative will explain to the attendees what the Business Nursery consists of and will show self-employment as an option that they should value when considering their future work.
The mayor of the town has stressed that "the new Business Nursery was born as a project to help the creation of businesses, with the primary objective of supporting and facilitating entrepreneurs to start their project, increasing local development and the diversification of economic activity in our municipality. "
Entrepreneurs interested in accessing the nursery must submit an application in the General Registry of the City.
According to the Regulations, entrepreneurs with a business project and companies of recent or new creation, who have a viable business plan and who develop a licit, ethical and adequate activity to the infrastructures, with domicile social and fiscal in Puerto Lumbreras.
Likewise, in the Nursery may be installed companies in the project or constitution phase, which are those that at the date of submission of the application are not legally constituted and must be committed to its incorporation within a period of 6 months from the formalization of a contract of assignment of the premises and signing a certificate of delivery of keys of the assigned premises.
Tunisia has stated that "more than 15 business projects can be located in the new Business Nursery, with which we aim to foster employment generation, promote entrepreneurship, strengthen the business fabric, promote innovation and economic growth in the municipality ".
In the Vivero, accompaniment services will be provided to companies with the purpose of supporting the creation and consolidation of business initiatives of local interest in its beginnings, with a special focus on the development of innovation.
This new infrastructure has more than 1,500 square meters of surface.
The ground floor has reception, meeting room, business nest, cafeteria, hub, room of courses and meeting room.
In the first floor there are thirteen work modules with different sizes and a room of creativity.
In addition, on the upper floor has been enabled an outdoor terrace with artificial grass.
The new facility is located at Avenida Miguel Delibes, s / n, next to the Municipal Sports Center.
El Vivero has been co-financed 80% by the European Regional Development Fund ERDF, Operational Program for the Region of Murcia.
