The Governing Council has approved the extension of the collaboration agreement signed with the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras for the provision of home help service for dependents of the town, amounting to 476,000 euros.
The validity of the agreement is from February 1, 2018 until January 31, 2019.
The financing will be allocated to personal care services aimed at promoting personal autonomy and promoting adequate habits and basic skills, as well as for actions in the homes of people in situations of dependency, in order to meet the needs of their daily lives.
They can be services related to household or household needs, such as cleaning, washing, cooking or others, as well as personal attention and the realization of activities of daily life.
The service seeks professional attention for these dependent persons, as well as continuous monitoring by municipal social services.
