About 300 students from the four public schools in the town participated this morning in the Local School Crossing, which was held next to the esplanade of the Municipal Sports Center.
The event was held in the categories alevín and benjamín with boys and girls between the ages of 9 and 12.
The competition has started with a young female and a distance of 800 meters.
Later, it was the turn of male and female juvenile with a distance of 1250 meters.
Finally, the men's, boys 'and boys' and girls 'boys' races with a distance of 2,000 meters have been disputed.
The sports day, framed within the School Sports Program, has been organized by the Department of Physical Activity and Sports, in collaboration with the educational centers of the municipality.
