"With the aim of providing facilities to entrepreneurs, citizens who occupy the space of the Business Incubator for the first time will not have to pay the first two months," announced the Councilor for Employment.
The bases of the call for access to the Nursery of Cultural and Creative Companies have been published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia.
Those interested in accessing the Business Incubator must submit an application in the General Register of the City Council before March 2.
The application must be accompanied by a certified photocopy of the DNI of the promoters and, where appropriate, the CIF of the company;
a certified copy of the deed of incorporation (only in incorporated companies);
certified copy of registration in the special regime of self-employed workers and census declaration of registration in the tax obligations census (only constituted companies);
statement responsible for not being subject to any prohibition to contract with the Administration;
certificate of being up to date with tax and Social Security obligations;
Business Plan;
and documentation accrediting the selection criteria that can be assessed.
As established in the bases, some requirements will be taken into account, such as recent or newly created companies (maximum age of two years since their incorporation) and companies in the design or constitution phase.
The activities to develop in the premises attached to the business incubator must be compatible with the characteristics of these.
The application can only be made by an entrepreneur, who is the one who assumes before the City Council the regime of rights and obligations.
However, the entrepreneur may include in his project other partners, participants and / or members of the business, which must be identified with their personal data and, if finally selected, must sign the temporary use assignment contract together with the main entrepreneur as a sign of joint and solidary acceptance of his regime of rights, obligations and duties.
The vacant premises for awarding are two work modules of small dimensions (18 m2 approx.), Five medium-sized work modules (23 m2 approx.), Five large modules (approx. 30m2) and an extra large module of 34m2. .
In addition, a nest of 66 m2 companies with capacity for four jobs is also available
Applicants must indicate in their application the module they wish to award as preferred, as well as three alternative modules, which will be taken into account by the Selection Committee should a tie-break between requests be necessary.
Once the deadline for submitting applications has closed, the Selection Committee will prepare a valuation report on the business project, analyzing various aspects that will serve as a basis for the selection of applications, such as the viability of the initiative, the level of job creation, the innovative character of the project, the previous experience or the financial and material resources available to the entrepreneurs.
The stay in the Vivero will have an initial duration of two years, and may be extended, for one more year, upon the express request of the interested party, at least two months before the end of the granted period.
The stay will be considered fulfilled without possibility of extension in case of not presenting the request of the same in the established term.
In no case will the stay in the nursery exceed three years.
The term will begin with the formalization of a contract of assignment of the premises and signature of a certificate of delivery of keys of the assigned premises.
Regarding the fee, and in consideration for the services available and expenses, the entrepreneur must pay a monthly fee of 50 euros for shipments and 20 euros in the case of the nest.

The infrastructure of 1,500 square meters will house business projects related to Communication, Arts and Technology.
El Vivero has thirteen work modules, an assembly hall, a business nest, a cafeteria, a course room, a meeting room, a creativity room and an outdoor terrace for meetings.
Finally, Ángela Morillas explained that "the start-up of this Nursery will help to promote and develop business projects that will enable more employment opportunities." Infrastructure was born as a project to help the creation of companies with the primary objective of to support and facilitate entrepreneurs the start-up of their project, increasing local development and the diversification of economic activity in our municipality. "
The Cultural and Creative Business Incubator "Ceilum" has been co-financed by 80% by the European Fund for Regional Development FEDER, Operational Program for the Region of Murcia, and the investment exceeds 700,000 euros.
