The workshops will take place on March 12 and 13 in the Cultural and Creative Enterprises Nursery of Puerto Lumbreras.
Puerto Lumbreras will soon arrive at the "Gira Mujeres" project, organized by Coca-Cola, in collaboration with the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, with the aim of promoting the empowerment of women, decision-making and the promotion of projects in their professionally.
As part of its commitment to society, diversity and talent, and as part of its empowerment and training project, Coca-Cola has launched the second edition of its "GIRA Mujeres" training project, which for the first time lumbrerense municipality.
Specifically, GIRA Mujeres is aimed at women who want to be employed or develop a business idea linked to the food and beverage sector.
The objective of this program is to improve training in the search for employment and promote entrepreneurship with workshops that will take place on March 12 and 13 in the Ceilum Cultural and Creative Enterprises Nursery.
The 'Women's Tour' project will be held in the morning, from 09.30 to 13.30 hours, for female entrepreneurs and / or unemployed, and in the afternoon, from 15.00 to 17.30, for female entrepreneurs.
It consists of two free sessions for each group in which participative methodologies are applied: job hiring, entrepreneurial awareness and business innovation.
The project "GIRA Women" is divided into three phases: The first stage is called "Find your route", a 10-hour face-to-face training phase in which the projects will take their first steps, either for something completely new or to reinvent an existing business
The next phase, "Start your trip", complements the first stage with 30 hours of online training in which the business idea will be developed, in a more concrete way.
And the last stage, "We accompany you" in which you will choose from among all the projects, the 10 ideas that will have access to three months of mentoring and three months in a business incubator.
Then, they will be defended by their creators before a jury of experts that will select three projects that will receive six months of extra participation in the incubation and mentoring program, six months of Impact Hub membership "Sin límites" and seed capital worth 3,000 euros for tear.
This project has the collaboration of Fundación Mujeres, Alma Natura, Dona Activa and the Spanish Red Cross.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that this project, which comes for the first time, is framed within the objectives of the Plan for Equality between Women and Men launched by the City Council, which includes the promotion of actions aimed at boosting the economic autonomy of women, improving their employability and supporting women's entrepreneurship.
