Coca-Cola launches a training project aimed at women who want to be employed or develop a business idea linked to the food and beverage sector.
The "Women Tour" of Coca Cola has arrived today for the first time in Puerto Lumbreras with the aim of helping those entrepreneurs who have a clear business idea or who have started the first stages to start up one, to know the tools necessary to carry it out.
In this way, during today and tomorrow free workshops are held, in which participatory methodologies are applied: job hiring, entrepreneurial awareness and business innovation.
The sessions are held in the morning, from 09.30 to 13.30 hours, for female employees and / or unemployed, and in the afternoon, from 15.00 to 17.30 hours, for female entrepreneurs.
It is a project aimed at women who want to use or develop a business idea linked to the food and beverage sector.
GIRA Mujeres is considered as the journey of the entrepreneurial woman, a project of formation and impulse on an itinerary defined in three stops.
The workshops are the first stop of a training cycle that is completed later, if the itinerary is continued, with a 30-hour on-line training course.
In addition, the 10 best business projects of online training in Spain will be selected to participate in a third phase that will offer 6 months of support for the selected businesses.
This project has the collaboration of Fundación Mujeres, Alma Natura, Dona Activa and the Spanish Red Cross.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that this project, which comes for the first time, is framed within the objectives of the Plan for Equality between Women and Men launched by the City Council, which includes the promotion of actions aimed at promoting the economic autonomy of women, improving their employability and supporting women's entrepreneurship.
