BORM has published the collaboration agreement between the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, through the Murciano Institute of Social Action and the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration of the Region of Murcia, and the City of Puerto Lumbreras for regulate the conditions and guarantees in the electronic exchange of data in closed environments.
The purpose of the agreement is to establish the conditions and guarantees of the procedures and mandatory reports to be carried out by the Social Services Centers of Primary Care of the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras, within its territorial scope, in the procedures in which they participate in the field of services. of the competition of the Murciano Institute of Social Action and electronic exchange of data and documentation, in closed communication environments.
The mayor of the town, Mª Ángeles Túnez, stressed that "the application of this system in the municipality of Puerto Lumbreras will speed up management, improve coordination and data quality, through an agile and effective instrument."
In this way, the Murciano Institute of Social Action is committed to promoting the development and making available to local entities the information systems necessary for electronic management;
guarantee that in the processing of the file the consent of the affected party is established for the communication of their personal data to another Public Administration;
as well as the exploitation of statistical data of a regional nature.
On the other hand, the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras assumes the following obligations: to request the General Directorate of Family and Social Policies to authorize the use of the SUSI system;
complete the procedures and mandatory reports through the SUSI computer application;
incorporate the electronic signature of the social worker of the Social Services Center of the corresponding Local Entity to the procedures and mandatory reports;
maintain the necessary support services to guarantee the continuity of the collaboration;
assume and comply with the necessary security measures to duly protect the information and systems used;
and guarantee the protection of personal data in the preparation of procedures and mandatory reports in procedures where there is collaboration.
On the other hand, it should be noted that a joint monitoring committee will be created, consisting of four members, who will meet once a year in ordinary session.
The Commission will be chaired by the head of the Management Directorate of the Murciano Institute of Social Action or person who delegates, who will settle with their vote ties and meet at the invitation of its president and proposed by either party.
Two members will be part of it, representing the Regional Administration, one designated by the Management of the IMAS and the other by the General Directorate of Information Technology, Heritage and Telecommunications of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration.
On the part of the Local Entity, two representatives appointed by the mayor of the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras.
