The image of the Pilgrim Mother of Lourdes arrived in Puerto Lumbreras last week as part of the journey of her pilgrimage through the delegations that Hospitality has in the Region of Murcia, coinciding with its 50th anniversary.
On the occasion of his visit to the Lumbrerense municipality, numerous activities were prepared such as Anointing of the Sick, Holy Mass or the procession of the torches, one of the most outstanding events of the week.
During the procession, the participants carried candles while praying the rosary in a tour that passed through the main streets of the town.
The procession began at the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary and continued on San Francisco Street, Francisco Tirado, passing by Rambla de Nogalte and Calle Mayor.
Yesterday at 09.00 hours, the Hospitality celebrated a Holy Mass to bid farewell to the Virgin, who will continue with her pilgrimage through the Region of Murcia.
