For UNITED LEFT is essential that the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, facilitates access to new technologies and this does not happen only with actions aimed at the formation of our neighbors or mere information campaigns, but we must support access to the same such as the network access.

We all know that Internet access is not free, so from our City Council must take action to facilitate this as a source of social, cultural and economic.

In this regard it is proposed empowerment zones free access through WIFI system: Polideportivo Municipal, Municipal Park, Cultural Center, Plaza of the Constitution, Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gonar, Puerto Adentro El Descanso, Esparragal-La Ermita and Station.
