The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras will launch new campaigns and initiatives to boost the local educational collaboration with ANPE and SEREMUR.
The Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, had a meeting with the president of the Independent Union of Public Instruction (ANPE), Clemente Hernandez, and the president of the Regional Federation of Students (FEREMUR), Jorge Serna, start planning up of new programs and measures to promote the local educational community.
"Education is a government commitment to its citizens and the most effective formula for building the future of a municipality. Puerto Lumbreras shows once again its commitment to education through collaboration with two regional institutions to analyze this sector and put implement new programs and local initiatives, "said the Mayor, Pedro Antonio Sánchez.
Specifically, the measures agreed to be launched imminently, highlights a Motivation Campaign Public Education aimed at students and local teachers.
The campaign aims to raise awareness among students on the importance of the work of education professionals, and will also serve to improve teacher-student relationship.
The first campaign will benefit both teachers and more than 2,000 pupils in the municipality and will also serve to increase motivation and enthusiasm for teaching.
In this sense, the session, ANPE and SEREMUR analyze the educational field in the town to promote the launch of new campaigns in the locality.
Therefore, Sanchez concluded explaining that "the three institutions have agreed to continue working in this direction to implement initiatives that benefit students, parents and local teachers."
