The groups that form this Action Plan, employees of the Department of Public Safety of the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras in coordination with various public and private companies, will be composed of Local Police, Guardia Civil, Civil Protection, Private Security, sanitation and fire .
Furthermore, within the fairgrounds is installed via communication with the Operations Coordination Center Local (CECOPAL) addressed both by the Mayor of the municipality, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, as Councilwoman of Interior, Dolores Arenas.
Both coordinate this plan consists of a total of 183 people.
