LEGAL ASSISTANCE:
It is a service provided by the General Union of Workers in the Region of Murcia to promote, protect and defend, and out of court, the rights and interests of workers, and union representatives in the exercise of their functions.
The Legal Service joint UGT de Murcia, also develops specialized legal assistance to organizations in the direct exercise of their trade union activities, judicial and extra.
The Legal Service links its activities with all the tasks and services union, especially collective bargaining, health and safety and health, youth, women and immigration.
SERVICES OFFERED:
- Labour and Social Security.
- Personnel matters of administrative law.
- Certain legal advice and defense procedures on criminal law.
- Advice on civil, criminal and administrative (on issues other than staff), with a preferential rate for the / the members / ace.
Also, through its Legal Service, recognizing the right of / the affiliates / UGT to conclude as a legal defense complementary services in these last matters, with a discount of 40% in the detailed output.
TECHNIQUE-OFFICE OF PREVENTION OF OCCUPATIONAL HAZARDS
From the Technical Office for the Prevention of Occupational Risks, actions performed primarily informational and technical assistance aimed at promoting and improving working conditions in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), through the Delegate of Prevention.
The objective of the Office is to enable delegates to have a permanent advisory service in all matters affecting the safety and health at work and to perform their functions as delegates of Prevention.
Services provided:
- Legal assistance to the safety representatives and employees to comply with the law on detention.
- Visits to companies accompanying the Prevention and Trade Union Delegates.
- Measurements of working conditions.
- To advise, train and inform safety representatives.
- Carry out risk assessments of contrast.
- Assist the Prevention Officer to improve safety conditions of workers in your company.
- Reporting of situations that endanger health and safety of workers.
- Prevention of drug addiction.
DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE
It is a service offered by UGT individual workers and / or unemployed people to broaden their education or improve their current job.

TRAINING
We actively participate from our own actions and from trading on the training of current and future workers, defending the right to training throughout life, as well as the principle of equal opportunities.
This participation allows the formation suits the needs of workers and social reality.

IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT
It is a center of information, social guidance and legal advice to immigrants and refugees.
Its objectives are to facilitate the employment and social integration of immigrants, eliminate barriers to immigrants' access to social services and raise awareness against discrimination based on origin or ethnicity, and against all racial and xenophobic.
This service is also provided in Cartagena, Lorca and Torre Pacheco.

Information and advice on:

DEPARTMENT OF WOMEN
