Since its first edition, the contest has received more than 230,000 pictures of Spain, Italy and Portugal
The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras and Aqualia water management, have made public the list of winners of the eighth edition of the International Children's Painting Competition that the Municipal Water Service organizes each year in the commemoration of World Water Day.
They were called to share the children who are studying 3 and 4 of Primary schools in the municipalities where Aqualia operates.
The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras and Aqualia confirm the success, once again, a contest that since its first edition, has collected more than 230,000 pictures of Spain, Italy and Portugal.
On this occasion, Puerto Lumbreras Students presented their designs to the contest that was born under the theme "Water, Our Best Value 'with which it seeks to convey to young people the great value of this resource.
Councilman Works and street cleaning, Eliseo Sanchez, along with the Head of Aqualia in Puerto Lumbreras, Jesus Lopez, have given the award for Best Picture Andreu CP Veronica Sacred Heart, which received a special kit drawing.
Councilman street cleaning, Eliseo Sanchez, "expressed appreciation on behalf of the consistory Aqualia and student participation in this contest which diffuses the sense of responsibility that the society should be developed regarding the use of water" .
