The new office of Information and Solidarity with Lorca serve to inform lumbrerenses on how they can help Lorca and its citizens after the earthquake and coordinating all the aid received in the municipality.
The office will be located starting tomorrow at the former Sacred Heart College and will be open from Monday to Friday from 17.00h to 10.00h 14.00h 20.00h, and Saturday from 10.00 to 14.00.
The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras enabled from Monday morning, an Office of Information and Solidarity with Lorca to coordinate aid and contributions from citizens, businesses and the consistory itself with the town of Lorca and families affected by the earthquake last Wednesday.
The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, explained that "the Office will serve to inform all lumbrerenses who want to help and collaborate with Lorca, but also serve to coordinate aid actually useful and reach people who need it.
In this sense, the new Office of Information and Solidarity with Lorca inform citizens that they want about how they can help and assist families affected by the earthquake aid Lorca really useful to them at all times.
In addition, the Office shall be constituted as the collection point for aid to reach people in need.
The office is located in the former Sacred Heart College and will be open from Monday to Friday from 17.00h to 10.00h 14.00h 20.00h, and Saturday from 10.00 to 14.00.

Finally, the session lumbrerense has launched a communications campaign to reach citizens lumbrerenses and explain how they can help Lorca and concerned citizens.
The campaign includes more than 7,000 information leaflets and messages to mobile from the City to citizens enrolled in this service, email, web ads and messages across all social networks of the City Council and Mayor.
