A total of 16 dependent elderly day center will be served in Lorca Center Senior Day 'Agustín Ortega Tárraga' of Puerto Lumbreras.

Thus, both the municipality and the Instituto Murciano Social Action are coordinated to the Day Center for Seniors 'Pastor Agustín Ortega de Puerto Lumbreras Tárraga' to house and provide services for older people dependent on Lorca.
Thus, a total of 16 seniors from Lorca Day Centre receive care services at the Day Center of Puerto Lumbreras.
Thus, the center of Puerto Lumbreras has qualified as nurses, psychologists, social workers or occupational therapists in order to meet the needs of dependent people who stay during the day.
It also incorporates kitchen, occupational therapy room and a room gerontogimnasia.
Among the basic services offered by the Center include care assistance in daily living activities of older people and accessible transport service.
In addition, specialized services such as prevention, counseling and guidance for the promotion of autonomy, social care and rehabilitation care service and personal development, psychology, occupational therapy, physical rehabilitation and maintenance programs for mental capacity and memory.
