They keep the number of councilors released, with ups and freeze wages policy, and allows for the implementation of a second austerity plan.
The Mayor has created three councils dedicated primarily to creating jobs and boosting the local economy.
Next week marks the Municipal Council which finally distributed the powers of the government team.

The Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, has issued this morning the distribution of responsibilities of the new government team for the legislature from 2011 to 2015.
Thus, Sanchez explained that "it is a distribution of powers designed and intended to address the main challenges we have set for this term 2011 - 2015, according to criteria of austerity, efficiency and proximity to citizens."
In this sense, the local mayor, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, explained that "given the current economic situation we wanted to give priority to employment with the creation of three new councils intended primarily to economic development in our municipality."
Sanchez has also stressed that "Puerto Lumbreras has become one of the municipalities in the region of Murcia with the lowest unemployment rates, and our intention is to become one of the first municipalities in overcoming the crisis during this new term 2011 - 2015. "
The councils of the new government team, with their respective areas of responsibility, are set as follows:
