The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Department of Culture and Tourism, has launched a program of guided tours of the new Center for the Interpretation of Nature which is located at the Youth Hostel Cabezo de la Jara.
Specifically, the visits take place every Wednesday during the months of July and August the hours of 20.30h to 22.30h.
The initiative, which is included in the program of summer activities Cultural Nogalte 2011, includes guided tours of the new space offers a permanent exhibition area on the five thematic nature: flora, fauna, landscapes, human and natural environment of the municipality .
The facility has about 200 square meters which is located in a reception, an audiovisual room, and a permanent exhibition area on resources and natural areas of the municipality.
