More than 400 people attending the International Meeting on Women's Olympic Boxing held in Puerto Lumbreras (28/08/2011)

The town of Puerto Lumbreras has hosted this International Women's Boxing, which has been organized by the Department of Youth, Sports and Volunteering in the City of Puerto Lumbreras in collaboration with the Spanish Federation of Boxing, has had the participation of a combined boxers selections twelve Spanish, Dutch, German and Australian, all with extensive track record of sporting success.

Furthermore, this meeting served as preparation of athletes for the upcoming European Championships to be held in Holland in 2012.
