The town of Puerto Lumbreras has been the site of the National Competition in Canine involving more than 300 dogs of 50 breeds in Spain.
The overall winner of the championship has been in the American Stanford 'Goran Goran Calamity, which also has the title of Champion of Spain.
The councilman of Youth, Sports and Volunteering, Jose Aragon closed the contest with the awards ceremony.
Finally, the Stanford American 'Goran Goran Calamity Jane' was the overall winner of the contest, while the second was the brindle boxer Cabezo la Jara 'Saro', and the third place finish earned him the water dog, 'Al Halamilla '.
In this sense, the councilman of Youth, Sports and Volunteering, José Aragón, explained that "the competition has gathered the finest canine specimens from Spain, but has also been a meeting place where hundreds of families have gathered a whole to have come to the exhibitions of the best examples of this breed of dogs'.
The Championship has been organized by 'Canine Association Cabezo la Jara' in collaboration with the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras.
Participants have disputed the title of Champion of Spain Contest 'Ciudad de Puerto Lumbreras' with the rules of the Royal Canine Society of Spain.
