Pedro Antonio Sanchez said during his speech that "the Popular Party has developed a program to grow and create jobs, to support our entrepreneurs, and to ensure education, health and welfare of all without exception."
Similarly, Sanchez added that "Spain needs change. The Spanish are suffering an unprecedented crisis due to the inability of the socialist party to address the problems we have taken this untenable situation."
