The town has hosted the last month over thirty Christmas activities culminating with the second edition of the Christmas sweets Contest which received a score of participants.

The town of Puerto Lumbreras has completed the planned activities on the occasion of Christmas with the second edition of Popular Christmas sweets.

More than twenty participants prepared traditional homemade sweets to those who participated in the contest.

The initiative, promoted by the session also featured a subsequent tasting sweets in which more than one hundred lumbrerenses.

The first prize went to Maria del Mar Navarro, with the sweet 'Carrot Coconut Balls'.
