The City of Puerto Lumbreras has initiated proceedings for the renewal and replacement of pavement on streets of city center and the old part of town.

The Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras has started this week adaptation works and street resurfacing in the city center and the old part of town.
Specifically, the actions of Complete replacement of pavement are being developed in the streets José Caballero Oliver, Francisco Salzillo and Ravine Street.
Moreover, as explained Councilman Works and Utilities, Eliseo Sanchez, "are renovating deteriorated asphalt sections in the entire county with the total renovation of over 14,000 square meters of chipboard."
Thus, the actions of adjustment and replacement of pavement is being developed through the Municipal Works and Services, and have a total investment of 120,000 euros.
Specifically, the pavement was renewed in its entirety on the streets José Caballero Oliver, Francisco Salzillo, and Street Ravine, and actions are being promoted replacement of pavement on Avenida Juan Carlos I, which forms one of the main avenues of the city .
In this sense, the council Public Works and Services, Eliseo Sanchez, explained that "these actions are renewed approximately 14,000 square meters of particle board, contributing to significant improvements in road safety."
