The Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, along with members of the government team, have maintained a working session with members of the Board of the Regional Confederation of Business Organizations (Ceclor), to discuss measures to promote economic development and entrepreneurship in Puerto Lumbreras.
During the meeting, the Mayor of the town, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, asked the president of Ceclor, Pedro Cazorla, the Regional Confederation participation in a new Bureau of Labor to create the session to design a package of measures for economic revitalization Puerto Lumbreras.

Finally, regarding proposed creation of a Economic Revitalization Plan, Sanchez explained that "our intention is to continue decreasing the unemployment rate in Puerto Lumbreras as we have been doing over the last year, posting continued declines that have placed Puerto Lumbreras between 10 and 12 points below the unemployment rate at national level ".
