The Ministry of Universities and Research Company and the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras are developing a comprehensive training program aimed at entrepreneurs and advice, including a conference on corporate social responsibility as a key factor in business strategy.
This workshop will be held on day 27 in the CLD of Puerto Lumbreras, but before the program includes a workshop on the internationalization of technology-based companies and opening new distribution channels, to be held on next day 22 in the Murcia Science Park.
Also, since there have been two sessions designed to explain all the special legal processes involving sale and merger of innovative companies.
Under the heading 'Transfers of undertakings', two workshops were held at the Institute of Development and the European Business and Innovation Murcia (CEEIM) in which a practical and real examples have dealt with all aspects that can arise in a business transfer process, such as negotiation and valuation, and legal and tax issues inherent in a process like this.
The director of the Institute of Development, Juan Hernandez, said that "it is essential that innovative entrepreneurs and technology-based training have enough to deal with buying and selling processes of their companies, as is increasingly common for this type of businesses are faced with these situations once off and accelerate their growth. "
This event, which involved the organization CEEIM and Murcia Science Park, has been made possible by funding from the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, through its call to promote Entrepreneurship Support Centres (Ceae), which was requested jointly by the three entities for the project "Enhancement and consolidation of technology-based companies and innovative in the Region of Murcia '.
The project has been supported by the regional government through the Ministry and the Institute of Development, which coordinates the business and innovation centers of Murcia and Cartagena.
The institute is primarily responsible for developing the actions and advice to support innovative and technological base of the region, many of them immersed in negotiation of sale.
The objectives of this initiative are to promote the opening of new marketing channels and, in particular, the development of an internationalization strategy tailored to the needs of innovative enterprises and technological base (EIBT).
The aim is to prepare them to face a possible successful sales process or a potential merger with other companies and adopt systems of social responsibility by the EIBT, aimed at achieving greater involvement of the same in society as sources of knowledge, employment and projects usually with a high social impact.
