The Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Water and districts, in collaboration with the Department of Employment, has launched the workshop "Basic Tools for Active Job Search" for persons unemployed.
This seminar was presented by the Councillor for Economy and Employment, Juana Guirao and Councilman of Agriculture, Water and districts, Jose Maria Parra.
Specifically, the first seminar "Basic tools for active job search" has included content related to preparing the resume, how to deal with a personal interview work, the role of self-esteem in the workplace, information on job boards and job search web portals.
Thus, the subject has been exposed in a practical and comprehensive telling all participants the basic steps to follow for effective job search.
In this regard, the seminar was conducted by two technicians OPEA (Guidance for Employment and Self-Employment Assistance) of the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras.
Thus, this seminar is part of the initiatives undertaken since the session to encourage employment and self employment of the unemployed in the municipality.
Thus, more than forty people from the hamlet of Esparragal have received training and advice thus increasing their level of employability of the workforce face.
Also, the Councillor for Economy and Employment, Juana Guirao, stressed "this kind of initiatives increase the level of employability of the unemployed. From the Department of Employment have provided throughout the year organizing such seminars."
