The exhibition will remain at the Cultural Center of the Elven House until April 20 and can be visited from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 9:00 p.m., and Saturday from 17.00h to 21.00h.

The town of Puerto Lumbreras hosts from this weekend until April 20 a new edition of Contemporary Art Contest 'Explum' which brings together a large number of artists of national and international scene.
At the opening of the exhibition, which took place in the House of Fairies, attended by the mayor of the municipality, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, director of the event, Miguel Angel Cayuela and the Councillor for Culture, Maribel Martinez.
At the opening, Sanchez explained that "the festival of Contemporary Art has been dedicated Explum year after year as one of the unmissable art scene in the Region of Murcia".
Thus, the traditional meeting, which began in 2004, has national and international artists of great prestige, as the author Carlos Irijalba, posing in Explum a work that has been highlighted in the 20 Arco Fair and Irma Laviada with his photographic work, or installation of Henry Radigales.
With them, it also highlights the participation of Spanish Juan Guillém (Painting), or the Mexican Luis Carlos Hurtado (Drawing).
In addition, this year among the selected works highlights photography through digital prints Maria Luisa Murillo Chilean and audiovisual work with video projection Eduardo Hurtado.

Finally, the exhibition remains at the Cultural Center of the Elven House until 20 April with art installations by Raul Diaz, Cristina Garrido, Daniel Silvo and Detext.
This year the selection committee this year 2012 has been chaired by Miguel Angel Cayuela Lopez, director of "Explum" and has national and international artists such as Ivan Lopez Munuera, independent curator and critic (Spain), Emiliano Valdés, curator (Guatemala) and the Mexican artist Anibal Catalan.
