The music of the Band of Drums and Bugles of the Brotherhood Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno his way to the throne of the Nazarene in a procession attended by hundreds of lumbrerenses.
Tens of Nazarenes and Manolas, and members of the Municipal Corporation, accompanied the throne from the parish church Nuestra Señora Virgen del Rosario on a tour of the main streets of town.
In addition, this Ash Wednesday, came the image of the Virgin of Hope on a throne of gold, the work of Goldsmiths Cradit of Lucena.
The image was carved in cedar wood and hand painted.
