The celebrations continue for the Tuesday 14 and Wednesday August 15 with a program of activities for all ages
The hamlet of Gonar lumbrerense has begun its fiestas in honor of the Virgen del Carmen with the traditional pilgrimage attended by over 200 people marched through the streets accompanying the Virgin and singing 'Hail to the Virgen del Carmen' in each house in the neighborhood.
Also, the day ended with a popular festival next to the sports center.
On the other hand, the hamlet of Gonar Festivities continue for celebrating on Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 August, with an extensive program of activities for all ages, such as fair noon, election of homecoming queen and her ladies of honor and the traditional Mass and procession in honor of the Virgen del Carmen.
Specifically, the planned program is as follows:
On Tuesday 14 August at 23:00 h there will be a festival with musical performance at 01:00 h will be the election of the Queen of the parties and their maids of honor and be friends with 06:00 tripping.
On the other hand, on Wednesday, August 15 will celebrate Mass and procession in honor of Nuestra Señora del Carmen at 17:30.
So, at 19:00 there will be a playground and a verbena 23:00 with musical performance.
