The Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, has accompanied members of the Plenary of the Chamber of Commerce of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras.
During the visit we have analyzed the initiatives and projects that will be developed throughout the year in the new tourist Medina Nogalte to favor the economic development of the municipality and the Shire of Guadalentín.
Full Members of the Chamber of Commerce of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras visited the new Medina Resort Nogalte that constitutes one of the new tourism products locally.
So, Mayor, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, visited with members of the Plenary of the Chamber of Commerce environment Nogalte Castle and cultural tourist route consists of cave houses "for the past actions that have been developed through the Plan to Promote Tourism Product Medina of Puerto Lumbreras Nogalte ".
Thus, during the visit, also analyzed the projects, activities and initiatives planned to favor boosting tourism in the municipality with the creation of new deals and packages.
In this sense, the local mayor explained that "from the session are designing a new annual tourism for our city, after tripling the number of tourist visits during the summer months."
To do this, from the Department of Tourism is working on an annual tourist and cultural programming, with new offers and new packages in the municipality.
"We encourage betting on and expand cultural tourism and Puerto Lumbreras to make tourism economic engine of the town and a source of employment," said the mayor, Pedro Antonio Sánchez.
