The meeting of the Board of the People's Party of Puerto Lumbreras has welcomed the battery of amendments tabled by the Popular Party to the 2013 State Budget to be allocated with 73 million euros to undertake works in areas affected by floods in the Region of Murcia.
Thus, to the Popular Party of Puerto Lumbreras, "Amendments to the 2013 Budget ensures investments needed to alleviate the damage from the flood and avoid future flooding in the area."
Thus, the amendments will allow action to be taken redistribute by targeting Acuamed waterworks in Puerto Lumbreras, as well as in other municipalities affected by the floods, to develop projects Nogalte dams, Lebor and Rambla de Béjar and works to address repairs, consolidation and restoration of security and supplies in the wadis of the Puerto Lumbreras.
Thus, through amendments to the 2013 PGE filed by the People's Party, will be allocated 73 million euros to undertake the necessary work in areas affected by floods.
Also at the meeting of the Board of the People's Party of Puerto Lumbreras were analyzed emergency actions that have been developed in the area during the last month to restore supply networks, irrigation and sanitation, and rural roads and electricity or communications that were inundated by the flood.
Finally, the Partido Popular de Puerto Lumbreras, asks the local PSOE "assist and serve its people rather than do dirty politics with pamphlets full of lies unpresentable distributed door to door."
