The Council of Ministers has approved this morning the expansion of Royal Decree for urgent aid to mitigate the effects of fires and other natural disasters, incorporating practical help for injury or damage caused by the flood of Sept. 28 in Puerto Lumbreras.
The Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, "has expressed his satisfaction with the expansion of the Royal Decree since, despite the current economic situation, the Council of Ministers approves aid which will benefit the citizens of Puerto Lumbreras affected by the flood. "
The Council of Ministers announced this morning the expansion of Royal Decree for urgent aid to mitigate the effects of fires and other natural disasters.
Thus, the new Royal Decree includes practical help for people and property affected by the floods last September 28 that caused various pressures.
In this sense, the Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, has been "pleased approval of Royal Decree expanding and incorporating specific support for people affected by the floods."
In addition, Sanchez explained that "despite the current economic situation, the Government has approved aid which will benefit the lumbrerenses affected by the consequences of the flood."
Thus, the Royal Decree provides support for personal injury, damage to furnishings and the owners of industrial, commercial, agricultural or services affected by the floods.
It also provides support to the natural or legal persons who realize personal services and goods, and the local governments for the costs incurred to deal with emergencies.
