Energy Commissioner of the European Union, Günther Oettinger, has delivered to the Mayor's Certificate of the European Energy Award to endorse Puerto Lumbreras as 'Sustainable Municipality'.
Puerto Lumbreras has become the first Spanish municipality has obtained the Certificate of the European Energy Award eea ® which measures the energy efficiency of European cities and endorse it as 'Sustainable Municipality'.
