So, next week the Mayor, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, and the Councillor for Youth and Sports, Jose Aragon, formalized a partnership agreement with Fundación Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu, for the launch of the Sports School "with the aims to promote the integration of immigrant children and their families in society, through joint sports Spanish children. "
In this sense, the Councillor for Youth and Sports, Jose Aragon, explained that "the sport is constituted as an appropriate means of promoting the integration of children at risk of social exclusion".
The school also will include a program of social activities for families of students, offering a positive alternative to leisure and promoting the sport, with a priority orientation training, leisure and recreation.
Thus, the School may register up to a hundred children, of which 50% will be reserved for entries to children at risk of social exclusion, violence and immigrants, "to promote social integration."
Thus, the school targets children between 5 and 17, who can pre-register at the Youth Space (968 49 65 27) and the Municipal Sports Centre (968 49 66 31).
