Personal Routes to Employment spread over 4 areas: Social Skills, Computer Job Search and Training.
The Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras has launched the program "Personal Routes into Employment" (IPE) with the objective of promoting employment in the municipality.
The program, created through the Local Development Centre, consists of different theoretical and practical workshops to promote educational development and specialization in the professional profile of citizens.
According to the Councillor for Employment, Innovation and Sustainable Development, Salvadora Martinez, "the goal of the" Personal Routes into Employment "(IPE) is to facilitate and promote the development of personal, social and labor rights of citizens so that they are in a favorable position to the job search. "
Specifically, Personal Routes to Employment created by the session are divided into four areas: Social Skills, Computer Job Search and Training.
Social Skills are enhanced through 'effective communication workshops "in which communication skills working with power and attitude of students to different work situations, while in the field of computing the session starts workshops for various sectors of the population and at different levels of learning.
