Students will develop work practices in public facilities and services of the town related to tourism, culture, social services and youth.

The Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Local Development Centre, in collaboration with the Regional Employment and Training of the Region of Murcia, has launched the training program "Socio-Cultural Monitor" addressed to the unemployed municipality.

Specifically, twenty lumbrerenses involved the training program.

This morning the Councillor for Employment, Innovation and Sustainable Development, Salvadora Martinez, explained that "the council works to offer public services and facilities in which students can develop working practices of the educational program."

Thus, the course consists of 300 hours and takes place from Monday to Friday from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 14:00 in the CLD.

Thus, the program provides a theoretical and practical training divided into six modules: Experimental Techniques for the field study, planning techniques and program design, organizational skills, evaluation techniques, team leadership and management skills.

Within these areas, course participants learn techniques of group dynamics, teaching applied psychology, education and teaching techniques, social intervention programs, and business management, among other issues.

Here, at the end of this course, students will gain a qualification that will enable them to work as monitors socio-cultural and also be able to apply techniques of leading groups, interpreting experimental studies, apply techniques for developing activities, build schedules , group dynamics, applying the regulations of their occupation, and manage your business.

Councillor for Employment, Salvadora Martinez, said that "this training is in addition to the wide and growing offering that we implement in the municipality through the Local Education Plan, with which we have opted for training as one of the cornerstones to promote the reemployment of unemployed people in the locality.
