The Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Local Development Centre, has launched a program of theoretical and practical workshops on "social skills" and "job search" aimed at all sectors of the population.
Specifically, the goal of these workshops is to improve interpersonal communication and provide techniques for effective communication.

These programs are part of the new Personal Routes to Employment created by the session are divided into four areas: Social Skills, Computer Job Search and Training.
To facilitate the search for employment, CLD workshop promotes' Career Counseling ', a workshop for the' Job Search ', working in the administration', 'Internet search Oppositions', and a program for 'Creating alternative employment business'.
