The town of Puerto Lumbreras has hosted the tenth edition of the Pilgrimage in honor of the Virgen del Rocio in involving many lumbrerenses.
From early morning the day started with a procession of the Virgen del Rocio and Rociera Mass in the Chapel of the Esparragal.
The signature event, organized by the 'Association Rociera Candela' in collaboration with the City, has also had performances where attendees participated dressed in traditional costumes rocieros.
After Mass and Procession, attendees participated in a fellowship meal that has led to the group's performance rociero "Jacaranda".
According to members of the organization "Rociera Party has become a tradition of Puerto Lumbreras in which they honor the Virgen del Rocio. Moreover, the event has become a quote lumbrerenses coexistence for many involved in the holiday ".
