United Left-Greens in Puerto Lumbreras, through its Municipal Group has requested that the City Council take place many initiatives and actions are required to make available to users of the Service pool during the summer months, the facilities of Youth Hostel Cabeza de la Jara and at the same time is put into service during these months public transport free of charge in order to access this service.

Among the most damaging public infrastructure suffered in the flood of last September 28 are sports facilities sports center, given its proximity to the Rambla de Vilerda.

Currently all are in use, except those for vessels of different pools with the account this facility, which were completely destroyed and therefore can not be used this summer, as long as is necessary to repair.

IU-V believes that there is another alternative, which would be made available by users of this service, existing bathing facilities at the Youth Hostel of Cabeza de la Jara, and that it is fully adapted facilities for bathing, are in a privileged and outdoors, at a time of year that sought more contact with nature and outdoor activities, and also have these facilities with sports courts, unlike what happens with the Parador, with different areas for relaxation and recreation.

One drawback to the use and provision of these public facilities, is the fact that they are away from the town, a situation that from IU-V is considered that it could be resolved by the establishment during the summer months of a shuttle Free public that would raise and lower them, thinking especially of those younger users, who lack their own transportation and are usually one of the main groups that use the pool services in recent months.
