Two officers of the local police in Puerto Lumbreras found a couple of 63 years inside your home trapped by smoke and flames.
The Local Police of Puerto Lumbreras rescued last night an elderly couple, both 63, trapped inside the home that was on fire.
The incident occurred around 2:35 pm at the farm "El Olivar", located on the site of Zarzalico, No. 66 of Lorca.
The Local Police of Puerto Lumbreras moved immediately to the fire area after receiving a 112 call.
Once in place, the officers were forced to jump the fence outside and proceeded to demolish the front door to get into the interior of the apartment, where they found smoke coming from the second floor.
In a room on the second floor is where the two people were trapped and hidden by the dense smoke.
After several attempts, the officers managed to locate the couple and help them out of the house.
In addition, firefighters and ambulance attended the event to meet the victims and extinguish the fire.
Finally, the two people rescued were treated by doctors, being necessary to supply them with oxygen for half an hour.
Later, they were also served two local police officers who intervened, as it also had inhaled a lot of smoke.
