In this new edition of one of the biggest sporting events of the town lumbrerense 16 players participated in the towns of Lorca, Velez Rubio, Puerto Lumbreras and lumbrerense hamlet of La Station-Esparragal.
The competition has developed between Saturday 19 and 26 October at the tennis courts of the Sports City of Puerto Lumbreras.
The format of the tournament has been with box knockout and consolation to the losers in the first round (second round).
The finals of the tournament will be played on Saturday 26 and the results were as follows:
- In the consolation the finalists were José Manuel Romera and Juan Luis Soilan.
- In the main final played the lumbrerense Juan Manuel Sanchez and Oscar Rubio Vélez player Teruel, being winning the latter by a score of 9 games to 4.
