The Director of Planning and Housing said to be obtained about 17,000 square meters for general systems of spaces and facilities
The Ministry of Public Works and Planning gave its approval to an amendment proposed by the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras on its municipal general management plan published by the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) recently.
The Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, explained that it is a readjustment of Sector SR-40 located in the hamlet of El Esparragal, for a low density residential development of 88,207 meters square in the environment of the local cemetery.
The Directorate General of Land and Housing reported that that residential development will have a capacity of about 210 homes.
In addition, Munoz said, "will be obtained about 17,000 square meters for Open Spaces General Systems and Equipment for the use and enjoyment of residents, the result of a rearrangement responsible and consistent with the current socioeconomic landscape".
