The Local Police of Puerto Lumbreras is conducting inspections of buses dedicated to School Transportation, adhering to scheduling campaigns and special operations surveillance provided by the Provincial Traffic Authority of Murcia, by the year 2013.
The agents control all of the school transport buses, which are active in Puerto Lumbreras and shall ensure that the requirements laid down in Royal Decree 443/2001 of 27 April on security conditions on the school bus and children.
During the course of the campaign, which will be held between 4 and 10 November, the officers conduct inspections on school transport vehicles, checking authorizations and documents should have these vehicles are correct for the provision the service.
Officers also verify that the technical and safety features of the vehicle are required by the rules and special requirements to be met by the driver himself, such as driving license or driving times and rest.
