The companies that have validated the distinction SICTED been Guirrete Celebrations & Events, Bed Aldea La Purisima and Bureau of Tourism of Puerto Lumbreras.
The town of Puerto Lumbreras participates in the quality improvement of tourist destinations SICTED to "optimize tourism services and increase the satisfaction of tourists visiting the town".
The project, promoted by the General Secretariat of Tourism and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, FEMP, includes various working groups, training plans, as well as expert technical advice to all companies directly or indirectly related to the tourism sector.
In this regard, the Bureau for Tourism Quality met in Puerto Lumbreras to review the reports of three local companies, which already owned the certificate SICTED, and check that they still meet the criteria set.
Specifically, companies have validated the certificate of distinction SICTED on remaining requirements have been Guirrete Celebrations & Events, Bed Aldea La Purisima and Bureau of Tourism of Puerto Lumbreras.
Thus, the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, M ª Ángeles Tunisia, said that "with this distinctive acknowledge the work carried out by our company to provide quality tourism services".
Furthermore, she added that "the City Council have made a commitment to tourism as a source of economic development in our municipality."
Also, through SICTED project of improving the quality of tourist destinations are unified quality standards of the services offered in Puerto Lumbreras through specialized technical advice to all companies directly or indirectly related to the tourism sector.
Also work to improve the services to optimize the experience and satisfaction of tourists through training plans and advice for tourism businesses of the town.
