More than twenty people attended the workshop "Best practices in the home," through the project "Ecomujer" organized by the Association for Rural Development Campodos, in collaboration with the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras.
Specifically, the day has been divided into five modules on savings in water consumption, waste generation, savings in energy consumption, cleaning and drinking habits.
Thus, the participants have learned to make homemade irrigation system to save on water and electricity bill to create decorations from recycled materials and to manufacture ecological detergents and air fresheners.
They have also attended several training sessions on consumer habits tips.
Thus, 24 students have participated for a week in this workshop that has developed from 9.30 to 12.30 hours in the Women's Center of Puerto Lumbreras.
