The Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, M ª Ángeles Tunisia, held a meeting with the CEO of the Foundation INCYDE, Javier Collado, to present the preliminary construction of a new Incubator Creative Enterprises in the town.

Thus, the draft picks submitted the necessary documentation for the definition of the renovation and adaptation of the building with new content and associated features a Welcome Centre and New Business Development of creative content, conceived as a nursery for same in its early stages of formation, pregnancy and early growth.
Thus, according to the draft, the new Creative Business Incubator will have 1,300 square meters on three floors, host: labor offices, auditorium, classroom training courses, creativity room, room for companies gestation period and proofs, outdoor workspaces and meeting, reception, cafe and terrace area.
In addition, the Mayor said that "business incubators are a suitable structure to locate new businesses in their first steps in the labor market. Puerto Lumbreras and have two incubators, one aimed at new entrepreneurs and other for women entrepreneurs, through which we facilitate the development of business initiatives and contribute to the economic revitalization of our town. Regarding the financing of the new nursery, note that the Foundation will allocate INCYDE ERDF aid consisting of 800,000 euros, which represents 80% of total investment of one million euros.
The rest of the investment will be paid by the City.
